Do you want a summer job where you can both develop and make a difference? We are looking for several committed and responsible property caretakers and neighborhood hosts with a humble approach to an important job. It is a role with a wide variety of tasks where no day is the same as the other.

Work as a property caretaker

With us, you get the chance to work in a dynamic and fun environment where you become an important part of the operation. Your tasks may vary depending on the weather and what is current at the moment, but some examples are:

• Painting fences, play equipment, and basement areas.
• If you are studying construction and civil engineering, lighter repairs of fences may be relevant.
• Clearing basements of leftover items and taking them to recycling.
• If you are studying electrical and energy programs, you may assist our electricians in their tasks.
• Keeping our residential areas clean and tidy.

Work as a neighborhood host

The tasks may vary depending on the weather and what is current at the moment, but some examples are:

• Active children – Engage children in the yard, where you come up with suitable games.
• Keep the playhouse open during agreed times.
• Clearing basements of leftover items and taking them to recycling.
• Painting basements and other common areas.
• Keeping the area clean and tidy.
